Finally, the exciting transformation of The Barn is now complete, and a seamless blend of city-style and country hospitality is now on offer, just a stone's throw away from the centre of Mount Gambier.
Guests to our accommodation and the Steakhouse are now welcomed through a grand new entrance. The entrance continues with the Barn's famous domed architecture and is built in stunning, golden Mount Gambier limestone.

The six metre high ceiling features one hundred and fifty year old oregon pine salvaged from the original Mount Gambier convent in Commercial Street East. In the centre is a grand, two metre high antique chandelier.
Something we are particularly excited by, is the brand new Piano Bar, a super-stylish area for pre-dinner drinks or just come and relax with a cup of coffee. You never know who might stop by and play a few tunes on the Yamaha baby grand.
The Oak Tree Room is an intimate space appropriate for all sorts of social and business events. It offers lovely views of the grounds and features modern audio visual facilities including a multi-media projector, data and microphone points. The room is perfect for workshops, conferences, board meetings, birthday parties and smaller weddings.
All of our brand new deluxe suites are also now ready for your next stay. The accommodation at The Barn now offers a level of quality and comfort unrivalled in the region. These new rooms are extremely spacious and well appointed, with large pillow-top beds, 42 inch flat screen televisions with pay-TV, reverse-cycle climate control, personal veranda with outdoor furniture overlooking relaxing garden and pastoral views and large, Caesar stone bathrooms. The feedback we have been receiving from our guests has been fantastic.
